Ever since we started harvesting salt, I dreamed of the day when we would make truffle salt. The day became ever brighter when I discovered that we have local truffles in North Carolina!

This particular blend features North Carolina grown white truffles combined with Pure Sea Love Sea Salt. No truffle oil is used in our Truffle Salt. We simply lightly grate our truffle into the salt and let the flavoring of the truffle flavor infuse into our salt. 

Truffle Sea Salt is perfect for: pasta, risotto, roasted potatoes, seared scallops, eggs, popcorn and also perfect on dips and spreads. This salt is a true culinary luxury!
