Salted Caramel Cupcake

I get super excited to see how chefs use Sea Love Sea Salt.  Local chefs have been using Sea Love on a variety of dishes from seafood, to steak to locally grown veggies.  But Cara from Sugar by the Sea took it to a whole new level with her amazing desserts.

This cupcake features a rich dark chocolate cake topped with a fluffy caramel whipped meringue buttercream, drizzled with a homemade salted caramel sauce, then topped with Sea Love Sea Salt.  Pretty much perfection.
