Many of you have asked for a salt with more heat than our spicy Sriracha Salt. We've been listening and have experimented with many different peppers and finally landed on a combination of Scotch Bonnets and Carolina Reapers, with a hint of lemon.
Our goal was to make a hot enough salt that true heat lovers would respect, but also to have a discernible flavor profile that pokes through the heat.
